Megan and Sam live on the Eastern End of Long Island, New York, with their two children Indie and River.

Megan and Sam both have a deep passion for helping others achieve health and wellness through non-phamacological, natural means. 

Megan is a native New Yorker and a Certified Yoga and Sound Bowl Healing Instructor, with a global MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. 

Sam hails from Australia, has degrees in Psychology and Behavioural Science and a Masters Degree in Suicidology. Sam wrote his Masters Dissertation on the Effects of Cold-water Immersion on Symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder, which is currently submitted for publication.
