The Bunji Box Sauna is a traditional wood burning cedar barrel. At 7 foot in diameter and 8 foot long, the Bunji Box Sauna can fit perfectly in a driveway or yard and is big enough for two people to comfortably stretch out on the benches inside, or for a group of up to six at a time to sweat it out while sitting.
WHY BUNJI?
“Bunji” is an Australian Indigenous word meaning “friend” or “mate.” We chose the name because we believe the best moments happen when people come together. Whether it’s family, lifelong friends, or people meeting for the first time, Bunji Box is about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and share an experience that leaves everyone feeling better.

Sauna bathing has numerous physical and mental health benefits, all of which you can realize in the comfort of your own home.
The range of health benefits gained from regular sauna use can lead to a reduced risk of cardiovascular and rheumatoid diseases, neurocognitive disease and reduction in chronic fatigue and pain syndromes. In addition, sauna use can help to reduce stress and aid in detoxification and deeper sleep.

Traditionally, the Fins alternated sauna bathing with periods of cold immersion, either by rolling in the snow or by taking ice baths. A number of studies have advocated for the health benefits of cold-water immersion from both physical and mental perspectives and others have described numerous benefits from alternating hot and cold immersions.
